Representative experiences
- Data Warehousing / Business Intelligence – Review and document data mart creation and monthly population scripts of in house developed job cost data mart in MS SQL Server environment. Identify, propose and develop SQL script fixes for GL reconciliation issues. Propose and develop new regional and corporate cost allocation methods. Develop MS Access portal for Finance Department to run MS SQL scripts for GL reconciliation purposes. Plan project to port in-house data mart to commercially available DW/BI tool connected to ERP and other in-house developed transaction systems.
- Budgeting System Implementation–Document requirements and run selection project for new project based budgeting system. Architect new budgeting process including integration of MS Project program management information for multi-year planning. Work with VAR to complete detail design and implementation of IBM Cognos TM1 based budgeting system. Train FPA department and budget managers on new system.
- ERP Implementation and Improvement – Lead many ERP implementations in mid-market space including Microsoft Dynamics and Infor Syteline ERP. Architect and design many industry and client specific add-on modules which ended up be standard product offerings of my firm.
