Kimberly (Kim) Cheadle Silicon Valley
Expertise –Fifteen years of comprehensive experience in all aspects of strategic information technology (IT) solutions as well as large ticket enterprise software and consulting services solutions for both mid-market and Fortune 500 clients. Knowledgeable in providing strategic IT consulting, large ERP packages, custom application development, business intelligence/data warehouse, IT security, hosting and outsourced managed services.

Her demonstrated successes in creating new client relationships as well as cultivating, improving, and expanding relationships with existing clients makes Kim a valuable ambassador for any project, be it on or off-shore. She has won numerous Presidential awards for her abilities related to account management.

Representative experiences

Vendor Relationships - Led efforts at various service and software providers to bring business units and third party providers into alignment.  This was accomplished using a proven methodology and re-organizing the way in which companies review and agree to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).  These efforts were conducted at the corporate level and resulted in the adoption of a process on how to manage the SLAs, budgets and portfolio of projects.  Many executives were involved in the process to ensure each departments actions supported the company’s strategy.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) – Worked with client companies to promote and provide a full suite of CRM services.  In some companies the goal was a comprehensive suite of CRM functionality including CRM strategy and systems design.  At other clients provided best in class CRM components and integrated them to achieve the equivalent of a Siebel systems implementation, with integration services and Siebel education services.   

Enterprise Resource Management (ERP) –While promoting consulting services in ERP implementations of Peoplesoft, and SAP, integrated Amdocs products; enterprise application integration with BEA, TIBCO and custom adaptors; business intelligence framework; and application outsourcing,including application management and professional engineering.
