He developed significant global experience during management level positions in Europe, Asia Pacific and Japan.

Representative transformation programs are:
- M&A Integration – Executive responsible for the IT integration of 45+ acquisition integrations, mergers or divestitures spanning all areas of IT including applications, infrastructure, security/compliance, vendor management and operations.
- Data Center and SaaS strategy – Responsible for large scale ($500M capex) data center build out and technology standardization. Subsequent consolidation yielded a $90M annual opex savings.
- IT Offshore/outsourced Center of Excellence – Lead a team at Symantec that established 500+ IT resources (mix of employees and outsourced) in India and China. Functions in scope included applications, QA, infrastructure, helpdesk and network/telecom. Program yielded a $50M annual cost savings while providing increased service levels.
- ERP consolidation and stabilization - Led the consolidation of Oracle’s ERP applications from three instances to a single global instance. Reduced application support and infrastructure costs by 50% within 18 months.
- Vendor Management – Established the IT Vendor Management Office (VMO) function to focus on driving down spend with top IT suppliers through effective negotiation and ongoing management of the vendor relationship.
- Program Management Office – Established the Program Management Office (PMO) function to ensure IT alignment with IT stakeholders (proper IT focus) and to drive IT programs to completion within scope, on-time and within budget.
