Business Alignment through M&A - Led cross-functional teams on multiple projects that were responsible for aligning technology and business processes for various staffing companies as a consequence of ongoing Mergers & Acquisition activity. Through evaluation of business and technology best practices across all companies, determined major infrastructure changes and multiple software migrations required to provide an effective solution for each group of companies. Worked with executives and key members of the member companies involved to manage and measure performance, schedule, and cost on each project resulting in successful transitions.
Business Continuance – As one of the earliest adopters to create and execute business continuance plans for medium size enterprises, her efforts resulted in significant savings through data center consolidation and the elimination of redundant systems and resources. Through virtualization and other centralized services was able to upgrade performance while reducing the overall cost to the businesses involved.
