• Achieved 20% global IT cost reduction of $100M by developing IT strategy for standardization, outsourcing and data center  consolidations from 50 local sites to 4 regional centers in South America, North America, EMEA, and AustralAsia.
• Reduced financial consolidation period from 15 to 5 days and increased operational efficiencies by optimizing the supply chains in each of the four company regions.
• Successfully negotiated a 10-year $1.5B outsourcing contract for global IT operations with IBM Global Services.

• Built up a full-fledged high-end retail business developing, producing and selling its products on-line through e-commerce website and directly to major corporate accounts addressing a variety of vertical markets.
• Developed a portfolio of over 300 products in the fine wines, gourmet ethnic food and high end wine and gourmet gifts from around the world.
• Optimized the supply chain by securing high-quality / low-cost packaging manufacturers in China, importing goods from overseas, managing Operations and logistics while ensuring compliance with the strict rules of the Bureau of Alcohol.
